My current research activities include therapeutic evaluation of natural, pharmacological compounds against alcohol induced neurodegeneration, gene regulation in brain cortex/neurons in animal model of fetal alcohol syndrome, involvement of miRNA in oxidative stress induced neurodegeneration, development of combinatorial therapy for neuroblastoma and astrocytoma
