Biography:

Dr. Goel is an Associate Professor at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak India. She has a teaching experience of over 11 years. Her field of specialization is medical microbiology with research interest in the area of Antifungal and Antibacterial chemotherapy, rational use of antibiotics, infection control and HIV testing. She is a technical assessor of National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) ISO 15189 and has undergone internal assessor training for National accreditation board for hospital and Health care organizations (NABH) standards. She has also authored and published a text book for Pharmaceutical Microbiology students.
